جامعة ورقلة تعزز التعاون الأكاديمي مع الصين خلال أسبوع التبادل الدولي لمقاطعة جيانغسو

حظيت جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بشرف تمثيل شمال إفريقيا بصفتها الجامعة الوحيدة من المنطقة التي تمت دعوتها من طرف جامعة نانجينغ (الصين) للمشاركة في أسبوع جيانغسو الدولي للتبادل حول التعاون والتكامل بين الصناعة والتعليم والبحث والتطبيق، إلى جانب المشاركة في الجمعية العامة الأولى لتأسيس تحالف التعاون الجامعي بين مقاطعة جيانغسو وإفريقيا وحوار الجامعات الصينية الإفريقية.

هذه الفرصة كانت بفضل أحد الكفاءات الجزائرية المتميزة بالخارج، البروفيسور رياض شلالي بعد العمل على عدة مشاريع مشتركة مع كلية التكنولوجيات الحديثة مند أفريل 2025.

وبتكليف من البروفيسور المميز محمد الطاهر حليلات، مدير الجامعة، مثّل الجامعة كلٌّ من البروفيسور محمد رضوان كافي، نائب المدير المكلّف بالبحث العلمي، والدكتور بلال بن عرابي، عميد كلية التكنولوجيات الحديثة، و الدكتور هواري توباخ، رئيس مشروع التعاون مع جامعة نانجينغ-الصين
وشكّل هذا الحدث الدولي المرموق فرصة جمعت أبرز الجامعات الصينية والإفريقية لتعزيز التعاون في مجالات الابتكار والبحث العلمي والتعليم العالي والتنمية المستدامة.
كما تشكل هذه الجمعية العامة منصة للحوار والتشاور بين رؤساء الجامعات حول سبل الارتقاء بجودة التعليم العالي ومخرجاته.

ومن خلال مشاركتها، جدّدت جامعة ورقلة التزامها بـ الانفتاح الدولي وسعيها نحو التميّز الأكاديمي، وعزمها على بناء جسور علمية وتعليمية راسخة بين الجزائر والصين.

University of Ouargla Strengthens Academic Cooperation with China during the Jiangsu International Exchange Week

The Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla had the great honor of representing North Africa as the unique university from the region of north Africa invited by Nanjing Tech University (China) to participate in the Jiangsu International Exchange Week on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application.
The university also took part in the First General Assembly of the Jiangsu–Africa University Cooperation Alliance and the Jiangsu–Africa University Dialogue.

This opportunity was made possible through the valuable contribution of Professor Riad Challali, one of Algeria’s distinguished experts abroad, following a series of fruitful joint projects with the Faculty of Modern Technologies since April 2025.

On behalf of Rector Prof. Mohamed Taher Halilat, the university was represented by Vice-Rector for Research Prof. Mohamed Redouane Kafi, Dean of the Faculty of Modern Technologies Prof. Bilal Benarabi, and Prof. Houari Toubakh, the university’s liaison officer with Nanjing Tech University.

This distinguished international event brought together leading universities from China and Africa to strengthen cooperation in innovation, scientific research, higher education, and sustainable development.

Through its participation, the University of Ouargla reaffirmed its commitment to international engagement, its vision for academic excellence, and its determination to build enduring educational and scientific bridges between Algeria and China.
