 جامعة ورقلة توقّع مذكرة تفاهم مع جامعة نانجينغ الصينية

في إطار تعزيز وتطوير البحث العلمي في مجال المسيّرات (الدرون) والذكاء الاصطناعي، وقّعت جامعة ورقلة مذكرة تفاهم (MoU) مع جامعة نانجينغ الصينية.

يأتي هذا الاتفاق ضمن نهج استراتيجي يهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون العلمي والتكنولوجي بين المؤسستين، لاسيما في مجال الأنظمة الذاتية والطائرات الذكية بدون طيار.

ومن خلال الشراكة المبرمة بين حاضنة جامعة نانجينغ عبر مخبر التميّز “الذكاء الاصطناعي والطائرات بدون طيار (AID)”، والمؤسسة الناشئة ممثلة في مديرها البروفيسور رياض شلالي،
بالتعاون مع جامعة ورقلة، يتطلع الجانبين الى :

تبادل طلبة الدكتوراه والباحثين بين المؤسستين؛

تطوير وتنفيذ برنامج دكتوراه متخصص في مجال المسيّرات والطائرات بدون طيار؛

تعزيز نقل المعرفة والتكنولوجيا لخدمة الابتكار العلمي.

كما تُعدّ هذه المذكرة محطة بارزة في مسار الانفتاح الدولي لجامعة ورقلة، وتجسّد التزامها الراسخ بتطوير البحث العلمي في مجالات التكنولوجيا المتقدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي.

As part of its efforts to strengthen and advance scientific research in the field of drones and artificial intelligence, Ouargla University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nanjing University in China.

 This agreement represents a strategic approach aimed at enhancing scientific and technological cooperation between the two institutions, particularly in the areas of autonomous systems and intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Through the partnership established between Nanjing University’s incubator and its “Artificial Intelligence and Drones (AID)” Center of Excellence, and the startup led by Professor Riyadh Chelali, in collaboration with Ouargla University, both sides aim to:

 Exchange PhD students and researchers between the two institutions;
Develop and implement a specialized PhD program in the field of drones and unmanned aerial vehicles;
Strengthen knowledge and technology transfer to foster scientific innovation.

 This memorandum also marks a significant milestone in Ouargla University’s path toward international openness, reflecting its strong commitment to advancing scientific research in advanced technology and artificial intelligence.
