رئيس البرلمان الإفريقي يستقبل سفير جمهورية الصين الشعبية لدى الجزائر

استقبل رئيس البرلمان الإفريقي، الدكتور فاتح بوطبيق، اليوم الخميس 13 أوت 2026، سعادة السيد دونغ غوانغلي، سفير جمهورية الصين الشعبية لدى الجزائر.

وشكّل اللقاء مناسبة لاستعراض عمق العلاقات الجزائرية-الصينية، وبحث آفاق تطوير الشراكة الصينية-الإفريقية بما ينسجم مع أهداف أجندة الاتحاد الإفريقي 2063، لا سيما في مجالات الاستثمار المنتج، ونقل التكنولوجيا، والأمن الغذائي، والتحول الرقمي، وتمكين الشباب والنساء.

كما بحث الجانبان سبل إقامة تعاون مؤسساتي مباشر بين البرلمان الإفريقي والمجلس الوطني لنواب الشعب الصيني، وتبادل الخبرات البرلمانية، ودعم مشاريع رقمنة البرلمان الإفريقي، بما يعزز الانتقال من التعهدات إلى مشاريع عملية تخدم المصالح المشتركة للشعب الصيني وشعوب القارة الإفريقية.

President of the Pan-African Parliament Dr. Fateh Boutbig Receives the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Algeria

Dr. Fateh Boutbig, President of the Pan-African Parliament, today, Thursday 13 August 2026, received Mr. Dong Guangli, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Algeria.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the depth of Algeria-China relations and discuss prospects for strengthening China-Africa cooperation in line with the objectives of African Union Agenda 2063, particularly in productive investment, technology transfer, food security, digital transformation, and the empowerment of youth and women.
The two sides also discussed avenues for establishing direct institutional cooperation between the Pan-African Parliament and the National People’s Congress of China, exchanging parliamentary expertise, and supporting the Pan-African Parliament’s digitalisation projects, with a view to translating commitments into practical initiatives that serve the shared interests of the Chinese people and the peoples of Africa.
