Zulhumar’s Journey: From Factory Floor to Fulfilling Academic Dream Zulhumar Abdualy joined the company of Fukang Energy, marking the start of a new chapter in her life. She hoped to improve her circumstances through her own efforts in this new environment. Over the years, Zulihumar and her husband progressed from assembly line workers facing language barriers and unfamiliar tasks to obtaining professional certifications. Both are now certified forklift drivers, with their incomes significantly increased. Zulihumar has since developed a new dream: to attend university through self-study exams.

This year, if she successfully passes the final four courses, she will finally fulfill her long-held dream of earning a degree. In 2017, Zulhumar Abdualy’s life took a pivotal turn when she joined an employment program, opening the door to new opportunities. Starting as a factory worker with language barriers and unfamiliar tasks, she faced seemingly insurmountable challenges. Driven by determination, Zulhumar began to make unexpected strides. What started as overcoming obstacles in the workplace soon led to new dreams—dreams that seemed impossible just a few years ago. As her ultimate goal is around the corner, Zulhumar is about to achieve her aspiration. Will she make it? Stay tuned.
